    Turkey & Roasted Pepper Rollups


    Dietz & Watson Cranberry Horseradish Sauce, 1 serving
    * Sure-Fine Turkey, 3.5 oz (approx 6 small slices)
    * Seres Fire Roasted Red Peppers, 1 serving (approx 1 pepper)

    Slice the roasted pepper into 6 strips - if the pepper is very big, I'd only use 1/2 of 1.

    Place a strip of pepper on a slice of turkey - spread a tiny bit of the horseradish sauce on the slice of turkey and then roll up the turkey.

    The slices of turkey I used were only about 2 inches "tall" and about 4-5 inches wide ,so when deciding serving sizes/nutritional info.
