Fried Rice Low Cholesterol
1 cup cooked brown rice
leftover roasted veggies(roasted veggies recipe)
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
tbsp fresh ground ginger
clove garlic
salt and pepper to taste
5 oz beef, round eye(cut into strips)
Recipe
Heat oil in wok or pan.
Add beef strips, cook through, add garlic and ginger, heat through.
Add rice, veggies, and pineapple, salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly until hot. Serve.
