Low Cholesterol Omelette
1/4 c. Egg Beater
1 egg white
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped tomato
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together.
Cook in frying pan with Pam or "no cholesterol, no salt butter".
Place on low-medium flame.
Serve hot.
