Super Healthy No Cholesterol Pumpkin Pie
*Pumpkin, Libby's Canned Pure Pumpkin, 3.5 cups/can, 3.5 cup
Silk, Unsweetened Soymilk, 1 cup, 1.5 serving
Egg white, 2 serving
Truvia Natural Sweetener, 4 serving
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Ginger, ground, .5 tsp
Cloves, ground, .3 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Recipe
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Mix Well
3. Pour into gram cracker crust.
4. Oven for 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
5. Turn down to 350 for 40-50 minutes checking every 10 minutes.
