    Low Fat Baked Haddock


    4-4 oz. Haddock filets (or any other firm fish)
    1/2 c fresh lime juice
    1 T. onion, dried
    1 16 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 T. parsley, dried

    Recipe



    Place fish in shallow dish.
    Combine lime juice, onion, tomatoes and parsley.
    Pour mixture on top of fish.
    Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
