Low Fat Biscuits
a.. 2 cups whole wheat flour(this is important because it;s better than regular flour)
a.. 1 cup skim milk
a.. 3 tablespoons canola oil
a.. 3 teaspoons non-aluminum baking powder
a.. 1 teaspoon salt.
Recipe
Combine in bowl then roll into ball and then roll out with rolling pin. Use biscuit cutter(or like Jay did on the show use a drinking glass!) to cut out 10 biscuits. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees.
One biscuit will have 75 calories and 3 grams of fat. Compare that to the popular "Grand Biscuits" which have 190 calories and 9 grams of fat per biscuit!
