    No Fat Cherry Cobbler


    2 can water packed sweet cherries(drain, reserve juice)(16 oz)
    1/2 c self-rising flour
    1/4 c sugar
    2/3 c skim milk

    Recipe





    Place cherries and 1/3 cup of the reserved juice in a 9-inch
    square pan. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, sugar and
    milk. Pour evenly over cherries. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees
    F for 45 minutes.

    Makes 6 servings.

    Nutritional information: 153 calories, 0 g fat, 3 g protein,
    37 g carbohydrates, no cholesterol, 138 mg sodium.
