    List of Ingredients

    Fat Free Cinnamon Rolls

1 recipe for peasant white bread
    1 cup of honey
    2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon
    2 cups of dark raisins
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup of confectioners' sugar
    2 teaspoons orange juice

    Recipe

Make the dough for the Peasants White Bread, and while its
rising, in medium bowl, mix the honey, cinnamon, raisins, and walnuts.
Spray thoroughly a 13x9x2 inch baking pan.

Divide the dough in 2 equal pieces. Roll out half of the dough
to a rectangle, 14 to 16 inches long and about 8 to 10 inches wide.

Spread half of the honey mixture over the dough. Beginning at
the short edge closest to you, roll the dough up tightly. Pinch the seam closed and slice the dough into 1 inch pieces. Place the pieces, cut side up in the baking pan edges touching.

Repeat with remaining dough and filling.

Let the buns rise, covered, in a warm place for 25 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Bake the buns for 16 to 18 minutes, until the edges are
    lightly browned.

Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack.

In small bowl mix the confectioners' sugar and orange juice
    until smooth.

When buns are cool frost with mixture.
