Low Fat Creamy Ranch Salad Dressing
1 Cup Low-fat cottage cheese
2/3 Cup Low-fat plain yogurt
2 Green onions, chopped
1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon Dried basil
1/4 Teaspoon Dried oregano Recipe
In food processor or blender, process cottage cheese and yogurt until
smooth. Pour into bowl and stir in onions and seasonings.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 min so flavors develop. Store
for up to one week. Stir before serving.
Chill 30 min or longer
