CREAMY LOW CAL DRESSING
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups low-fat cottage cheese (12 ounces)
1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor in order listed. Cover and blend on medium speed about 1 minute, or process, until smooth. Cover and refrigerate any remaining dressing
