Oven baked Chicken Chimichangas

Low Fat Oven-baked Chicken Chimichangas
2/3 c picante sauce
1 t cumin
1/2 t dried oregano
1 1/2 c chopped cooked chicken breast (1 lb raw bone/skinless)
1 c reduced-fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 sliced scallions
6 fat-free flour tortillas (8 inch)
Recipe
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine picante sauce,
cumin, oregano, chicken, cheese and onions. Place about 1/2 cup
mixture in center of each tortilla. Fold opposite sides over
filling. Roll up from bottom and place seam-side down on baking
sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake 25 minutes or until golden.
Serve with additional picante sauce. Makes six servings.
