These are really tasty! They're not very low cal/ low fat, but that all comes from the peanut butter (and 2 cookies=1 serving of PB). It's a nice treat! No sugar, no flour.
List of Ingredients
Low Fat Peanut Butter Cookies
1 c. peanut butter*
1 c Splenda (granular- in the box)
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 egg Recipe
Mix Well.
Spoon into 16 "blobs" on non-stick cookie sheet.
Criss-Cross with a fork to flatten.
Bake for 9-11 minutes at 350º.
Yields 16 cookies (8 servings).
* I recommend Peter Pan Reduced Fat PB- it has the best fat/ calories/ carbs of any readily-available PB I found.
