Rich Nonfat Fudge Sauce
1/2 C. sugar
1/4 C. HERSHEYS cocoa or European style cocoa
1 T. plus 1 t. cornstarch
1/2 C. evaporated skim milk
2 t. vanilla
Recipe
In a small saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa & cornstarch; gradually stir in evaporated milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with whisk, until mixture boils; continue cooking & stirring until thickened & smooth. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Serve warm or cold with assorted fresh fruit, cake, or nonfat frozen yogurt, if desired. Cover & refrigerate leftover sauce.
