Strawberry Nonfat Whip
3/4 c very cold skim milk
1/2 c fresh strawberries - cut in 1/2-inch pieces
sugar or sugar substitute - to taste – optional
Recipe
In medium bowl, with electric beater or hand blender, whip milk
about 1 minute, or until triple in volume. Add strawberries and
sugar. Whip another 30 seconds; pour into tall chilled glass.
Makes 1 servings.
(Toss in one of those frozen bananas too for extra flavor!)
