    Ultimate Lowfat Pancakes


    ¾ C. plain low-fat yogurt
    ½ C. low-fat Cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    3/4 C. all-purpose flour
    1/2T.baking soda
    1T. salt
    Dash Of Vanilla extract

    Recipe




    Combine yogurt, cottage cheese and eggs in blender. Blend until
    smooth and creamy. Stir flour, baking soda and salt together. Add to
    yogurt mixture; blend only until mixed.
