    As if soup wasn't already low-fat enough, this recipe takes advantage of low-fat chicken stock that's available in cans to make an even healthier meal that's just as tasty.


    List of Ingredients




    Easy Low-Fat Vegetable Soup


    1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Onion
    1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Zucchini with Italian-Style Tomato Sauce
    1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Sliced Carrots, drained
    1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Whole New Potatoes, drained and cut into cubes
    1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Low-fat or nonfat vegetable or chicken broth

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in large pot.

    Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
