The taste of this very Peanut Butter Cookies recipe has played on my mind so much that I hardly ever go for any other Peanut Butter Cookies recipe. This Peanut Butter Cookies makes a compelling Snack for most party meals.


List of Ingredients




Peanut Butter Cookies

1/2 cup old-fashioned peanut butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup or raw honey
1 1/4 cups whole wheat pastry flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup unrefined safflower oil
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla


Recipe




Cream the peanut butter and the maple syrup or honey together.

Add the pastry flour and the remaining ingredients.

Stir well.

Drop the batter by the teaspoonful onto an oiled cookie sheet.

Flatten with a fork, dipping the fork in cold water between each cookie.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375 °
