    Fish is a vital ingredient for your child’s health, as it is a rich source of essential fats for brain development. Wholemeal tagliatelle provides a better source of Vitamins B than its white pasta alternative. Adding broccoli gives an extra nutrient bonus for this meal. Tagliatelle Tuna Recipe is one of the easiest ways to make your children to eat fish.

    List of Ingredients




    Tagliatelle Tuna


    1 pt water
    6 oz fresh tagliatelle
    6 oz tomatoes, chopped
    3 leaves basil
    7 oz tuna in brine, drained
    6 oz broccoli, chopped
    2 oz parmesan

    Recipe




    In a large pan, bring the water to the boil. Simmer the tagliatelle for 5 minutes. drain.

    In a separate pan place the tuna, tomatoes, broccoli, basil and mix. Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes, then combine with the tagliatelle.

    Serve with grated Parmesan on top.
