    Zoe's Organic Peanut Butter Smoothie


    * 1 frozen banana
    * 1/2 cup of organic half-and-half (or milk would probably be good too!)
    * 1 tablespoon of organic creamy peanut butter (I use Smuckers')

    Recipe





    1. Cut frozen banana into slices peel skin and discard (or slice then freeze).

    2. Put banana slices, half&half, and peanut butter in blender.

    3. Cover and blend until smooth. Yummy!
