    Sugar Free Hot Cocoa candy


    1 cup water
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    1 1/2 tablespoons
    unsweetened cocoa
    2 packages artificial sweetener
    1 tablespoon heavy cream -- whipped

    Recipe





    Heat water, cocoa and sweetener to almost boil
    over med/high heat reduce to med/low to stir in
    heavy cream continue to stir over med/low heat until desired
    temp pour into cup then add whipped cream to top
