    Sugar Free Pecan Fudge


    16 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
    2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled (1 oz)
    1/2 c Splenda
    1 t vanilla extract
    1/2 c chopped pecans or walnuts

    Recipe



    In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sweetener
    and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into 8-inch square
    baking pan lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut
    into 16 squares. Serve chilled. Makes 16 servings.

    Nutritional information: 147 calories, 14 g fat, 3 g protein,
    5 g carbohydrates, 31 mg cholesterol, 84 mg sodium.
