    2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1 3/4 teaspoons cinnamon
    3 1/3 cups bread flour
    2/3 cup multi-grain oatmeal
    1/4 cup molasses
    3 tablespoons applesauce
    1 1/3 cups water
    2/3 cup diced apple
    3/4 cup raisins
