Weight Watchers Apple-Stuffed Acorn Squash
1 acorn squash, cut in half lengthwise and seeded
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 400° F. Place the squash halves cut side up on a rimmed baking sheet. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. Distribute the mixture evenly in the squash halves. Bake from 1 to 1-1/1/4 hours or until tender. Cut each squash half lengthwise into thirds, and serve
