    Weight Watchers Baked Squash


    2 small yellow squash, sliced
    1 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 large tomato, peeled and cut into wedges
    1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe





    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine vegetables, oil, and basil in a 1-1/4 quart casserole dish . Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; bake 25-30 minutes.
