For an extra point, you can add 1 Tbsp. caramel sauce, some fruit topping, or some chocolate chips. Super ripe fresh strawberries are good also.

Weight Watchers Banana Split
1/2 Banana [1]
1/2 cup lowfat ice cream or frozen yogurt(Weight Watchers Smart Ones Moose Tracks Ice Cream works well) [2]
2 Tbsp. light Cool Whip [0]
1 Tbsp. Sorbee sugar-free chocolate syrup [0]
Recipe
Cut the 1/2 banana in half again, and cut each piece lengthwise. Put in bowl. Measure out 1/2 cup of ice cream and place on top of banana. Top with Cool Whip and chocolate syrup.
