Broccoli & Cauliflower
5 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
4 cups broccoli florets
4 cups cauliflower florets
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
Recipe
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar and pepper. Add vegetables and
toss to coat.
Great for taking to work or school for lunch!!
