List of Ingredients
Weight Watchers Cajun Chicken
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
4 portions of whole wheat pasta ( about 8 oz uncooked)
3 tablespoons of cajun seasoning
2 tablespoon olive oil
Crushed red pepper seasoning to taste
1 cup skin milk
1 bag (approximately 8oz) baby spinach leaves
8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
1 tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon of butter buds
Recipe
Prepare whole wheat pasta per its package directions
Place the olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Coat chicken with cajun seasoning and add to skillet and cook until done. Remove from skillet
Add milk, cooked pasta, spinach, mushrooms, and butter buds, chicken, and chopped tomato to skillet, mix well over low heat. Cover and heat on low approximately 3-5 minutes until spinach is tender.
