    Weight Watchers Chicken Salad Supreme


    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    4 hard cooked eggs
    1 cup fresh spinach leaves
    1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
    1/4 cup chopped green onion

    Recipe




    In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice. Stir in remaining ingredients except spinach leaves until evenly coated with the dressing. Cover and chill to blend flavors. Serve as a salad on spinach leaves.
