    Weight Watchers Cinnamon Glazed Carrots and Yams


    1/2 lb. carrots, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    1/2 lb. yams, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon

    Recipe




    Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and heat over medium-high heat; reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 15-20 minutes, until carrots and yams are tender. Uncover saucepan and cook 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
