    Weight Watcher Fruit Salad


    1 can (8 ounces) juice-packed crushed pineapple
    2 cans (10-1/2 ounces each) mandarin orange segments
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 packet Sweet 'N Low granulated sugar substitute
    1/3 cup chopped walnuts
    1 can (12 ounces) diet ginger ale, chilled

    Recipe






    Drain fruit, reserving juice. In small saucepan, soften gelatin in juice, then heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in
    Sweet 'N Low. Transfer to medium-size bowl and refrigerate about 45 minutes until chilled but not set. Stir in fruit and walnuts. Slowly
    pour ginger ale down side of bowl; stir gently until blended. Chill until partially set, about 45 minutes. Spoon into individual ½ cup
    molds. Chill until firm, about 1 hour. Unmold.
