    Weight Watchers Herb Salad


    3/4 c. loosely packed torn fresh basil
    3/4 c. loosely packed fresh parsley sprigs
    3 tbsp fresh chervil leaves
    3 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
    2 tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    Dash of freshly ground pepper

    Recipe



    Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice, and sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss gently.
    Yield: 1 1/2 cups (16 calories per 1/4 cup serving).
