Weight Watchers Holiday Dressing
8 cups dry bread cubes
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup minced onion
2 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup chicken stock or water
Recipe
Measure bread cubes, celery, onion, poultry seasoning, thyme, and salt into a large bowl.
Heat margarine and stock to boiling. Pour onto bread cubes.
Mix lightly and stuff before roasting.
