Weight Watchers Marinated Broccoli
3 bunches Broccoli, without stems
1 tablespoon Safflower oil
3 tablespoons Fat-free beef bouillon
1 tablespoon Dried dill weed
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Red wine
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Spike (no-salt seasoning blend)
1 tablespoon Low-sodium soy sauce
Applebee`s Barbecue Sauce
Serves/Makes : 1cup/1qt

TO MAKE 1 CUP
1/3 cup Bottled apple butter
1/3 cup Catalina dressing
1/3 cup Ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
TO MAKE 1 QUART
1 1/3 cups Bottled apple butter
1 1/3 cups Catalina dressing
1 1/3 cups Ketchup
1/2 cup Worcestershire
Recipe
Combine all ingredients. Will keep in the refrigerator
for a few weeks or may be frozen.
dash dill for garnish
Separate broccoli into florets. Combine remaining ingredients in blender. Blend until mixed well. Pour over broccoli and marinate 4 to 24 hours. Before serving, pour off marinade and garnish with dill.
