Weight Watchers Oven Fried Chicken
6 (5 ounce) chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon Creole SeasoningRecipe
Combine Creole Seasoning and corn flake crumbs. Brush chicken with buttermilk and roll chicken in crumb mixture. Place chicken in baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
