All American Burgers for the 4th
Butter
Liquid Smoke
worchestershire sauce
1 lb ground beef
salt
pepper
Recipe
In a bowl mix, 1/2 stick of butter, 1 teaspoon of liquid smoke and
worchestershire sauce. Add 1 pound of ground beef. Add a pinch of salt
and pepper. Mix together with your hands and form the desired size into
a ball. Set aside on a plate a refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Before placing them on a hot grill, drizzle a little vegetable oil on
your hands and rub them together. Take one of the balls and flatten them
in your hands to desired thickness. Place them on the grill over the
heat, 3 minutes per side and remove off the heat
