Mini Hamburger: (Sliders) for Fathers Day
1 lb. ground beef
½ jar 3 oz. baby food beef
1/3 cup beef broth
¼ cup dry minced onions
Catsup, mustard, pickles

Recipe
Soak the onion in hot water until soft. Mix the ground beef, baby food and beef broth together. Make the hamburgers uniform in size by using a ¼ cup measure. Flatten to 1/3 inch and fry quickly in about 1 t. of oil. Make several holes in the burgers while they are cooking. Just before turning place a heaping teaspoon of the onion into the pan and turn the hamburgers over on the onion. Press down and sear the second side. Serve on small rolls. Makes 8 to 10 mini burgers. Place catsup, mustard and several dill pickle slices on each one.
