Campfire Potatoes
5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Heavy-duty foil
1/3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. chicken broth
Recipe
Place potatoes, onion, and butter on a large piece of heavy-duty foil with butter. Combine cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; sprinkle over potatoes. Fold foil up around potatoes and add broth. Seal edges of foil well. Grill, covered, over medium coals, for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
Makes 6 servings.
