    Mothers Day Berry Smoothie


    1 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh,
    6 oz Yogurt, fat free Greek, plain,
    1/2 c. Lipton Brisk Iced Tea with Lemon,
    1/2 cup Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), unthawed
    1/2 cup Orange Puree from the Sneaky Chef
    Splenda to taste

    Recipe




    Add All Items to blender and Puree. A
    Add Splenda or other sugar alternative if desired.
    Pour into large glasses and enjoy.
