    New Years Day Dinner


    12 pounds Fresh Pork Loin Roast, Boneless
    8 pounds Sauerkraut, canned or bagged
    1 quart Apple Sauce
    96 each Giorgio Potato & Onion Pierogies (2-4.4# bags), frozen

    Recipe





    Place pork roast fat side up in a roasting pan, season with salt and pepper and cover.

    In a 350°F oven, roast pork 35-40 minutes per pound or until internal temperature is 180°F.

    Add sauerkraut half way through the cooking
    Process.

    Next add the apple sauce and pierogies. Cook for an additional 20-30 minutes.

    To serve, slice pork and place over pierogies and sauerkraut.

    Can be held on a steam table for up to 45 minutes.

    Yield: 24 servings
