Cheese Heart
3 (8 oz.) loaves pasteurized process cheese spread, diced
3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. caraway seeds, crushed
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

fruit wedges
raw vegetables
crackers

Zesty spread, great on crackers, fresh fruit or vegetables.
About 2 hours before serving: line cookie sheet with foil. With toothpick, outline 6 1/2-inch heart on foil; set aside. In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat cheese
spread, pickle relish, mayonnaise, mustard, caraway seeds, onion, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper. Combine until smooth.
Spoon cheese mixture inside outline on foil; shape into a heart about 1 1/2-inches high. (Or, shape mixture into a ball). Press pecans onto side of cheese heart; cover and
refrigerate 1 hour or until set. Place cheese on board with accompaniments.
Makes 16 appetizer servings
