    Beat-the-clock Goulash



    2 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 cans ready-to-use beef broth 14 1/2 ozs. each
    1 cup sour cream
    1 pkg. elbow macaroni 8 oz.
    1 tsp Crushed red pepper
    1 Tbsp. paprika

    Recipe




    In a Dutch oven, brown the ground beef with onion, stirring to break up the beef. Add all ingredients except sour cream. When macaroni is finished add the sour cream. Stir and serve.
