    Arizona Ranch Style Kabobs


    1 lb. beef top sirloin steak, boneless, cut 1 inch thick
    1 med. red or green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 med. yellow squash or zucchini, cut lengthwise in half, sliced 3/4 inch thick
    1 pk. Hidden Valley Ranch "original" Salad Dressing Mix
    2 tbsp. water
    1 tbsp. oil

    Trim fat, cut steak into 1 inch pieces. Alternately thread equal amounts of beef and vegetables onto each of four metal skewers. In a small bowl, combine dressing mix, water and oil; mix well. Brush onto all sides of kabobs. Place kabobs on grid over med. ash-covered coals. Grill @ 8 - 11 min. until beef is med-rare to med. doneness and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Brush kabobs with any remaining dressing mixture during the first 5 min. of grilling.
