    Skewered Grilled Potatoes


    2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
    1/3 cup cold water
    1/2 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
    1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
    2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves, crushed
    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    Recipe





    Place potatoes and water in 2-quart microwave-safe casserole,
    cover. Microwave on HIGH 12 to 15 minutes or until tender,
    stirring after 8 minutes. Drain.

    Mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Stir in potatoes.

    Refrigerate 1 hour. Drain, reserving marinade.

    Arrange potatoes on skewers. Place on grill over hot coals.

    Grill covered, 6 to 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender and
    golden brown, brushing occasionally with reserved marinade and
    turning after 4 minutes.
