    Pineapple-Pork Chops


    6 to 8 thick, boneless pork chops
    1 (6 oz) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate,
    thawed
    3 T brown sugar
    1/3 cup wine or tarragon vinegar
    1/3 cup honey


    Recipe



    Place pork chops in a little oil in a skillet and
    brown. Remove to a shallow baking dish. Combine
    pineapple juice, sugar, vinegar and honey. Pour over
    pork chops. Cook covered at 325 degrees for about 50
    minutes.

    Serve over hot rice.
