Bacon Wrapped Grilled Chicken from David
4 medium Chicken Breast Halves
12 slices Bacon
5 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1/4 teaspoons Salt
1/8 teaspoons Pepper
1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoons Seasoning Salt
Recipe
Cut and trim each breast half. Spread each half of chicken on, on what will be the inside, with 1/8 teaspoon of mustard/seasoning mixture. Roll each piece into a tight roll. Spread each piece of bacon with 1/4 teaspoon mustard mixture. Starting at seam of chicken, wrap a piece of bacon, mustard side toward chicken, around the chicken pieces. Continue with 2 more pieces of bacon, covering whole roll of chicken with 3 pieces of bacon. Close bacon to chicken with toothpicks. Grill on medium to low, 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Makes 4 servings.
