    Country Chicken Nuggets from David


    1 cup corn flake crumbs
    1-1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
    1-1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
    2 whole boneless chicken breast, skinned and cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 cup margarine, melted

    Sauce
    8 ounce sour cream (1-cup)
    2 tablespoons country style Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon milk

    Preheat the oven to 425-degrees. In a small bowl mix together corn
    flake crumbs, oregano, and thyme. Wash and pat dry the chicken
    pieces. Dip chicken pieces in melted margarine and then coat with
    crumb mixture. Place chicken 1/2-inch apart on 15 x 10 x 1-inch
    jellyroll pan. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender crisp.

    Meanwhile in a small bowl stir together all sauce ingredients. Serve
    nuggets with sauce.

    Makes: 30 to 40 nuggets.
