2 pounds roma tomatoes
1 each shallot minced
1 each garlic clove minced
2 Tablespoons olive oil.
2 cups of fresh basil
1/2 cup of parmesan of your choice
1/2 cup olive oil
3 each clove of garlic
1/3 cup of almonds
salt and pepper
1 pound of lump crabmeat
1 bunch curley parsley
1/4 cup of mayo
1 each lemon
salt and pepper

Crab Brushcetta
1 pound of lump crabmeat
1 bunch curley parsley
1/4 cup of mayo
1 each lemon
salt and pepper
for the crab salad pick and clean crab of all shell fragments, chop parsley, zest and juice lemon, place in medium size bowl and mix ingredients adjust seasoning with salt and pepper place in refrigeration for 30 minutes or until chilled
Basil Pesto
2 cups of fresh basil
1/2 cup of parmesan of your choice
1/2 cup olive oil
3 each clove of garlic
1/3 cup of almonds
salt and pepper
Combined all ingredients in food processor and blend.
Roasted Tomatoes
2 pounds roma tomatoes
1 each shallot minced
1 each garlic clove minced
2 Tablespoons olive oil.
quarter and seed tomatoes, toss with olive oil and shallots and garlic place on a sheet try and bake for 25 mins at 350 degrees
also need 1 each baguette slice on a baize
2 ounces of prosciutto ham sliced thin
