    Homemade Cheese Whiz from David


    1 pound processed cheese, cut in small pieces
    1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk
    4 tablespoons margarine
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 teaspoon dry mustard

    Recipe




    Melt all ingredients in sauce pan or double boiler over medium heat stirring often till well blended and smooth. Store in refrigerator. Use in recipes that call for cheez whiz or serve with celery & crackers
