Reuben Roll Ups from Hel
2 8 oz. pkgs. crescent rolls
1 pkg. 2.5 ozs. corned beef, chopped
1/2 can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1/4 cup thousand Island dressing
1 cup (4 ozs.) finely shredded Swiss cheese
Recipe
Spread about 1 1/2 tsp dressing evenly on each triangle, top with a little bit of corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese.
Roll up starting at the shortest side, seal.
Cut each roll into 4 slices and place them cut side down on baking sheet.
Bake at 375 about 20 to 22 minutes.
