Antipasto Salad
8 cups mixed salad greens
1 jar (10 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 package (8 ounces) mozzarella cheese, cut into strips
4 ounces salami, cut into strips, you may substitute pepperoni
1 cup pitted ripe olives
1 medium tomato(es), cut into wedges
1/3 cup roasted red peppers, cut into strips
1 cup Wish-Bone® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, you may substitute Red Wine Vinaigrette or Olive Oil Vinaigrette Dressing
Recipe
In large salad bowl, combine all ingredients except dressing; cover and chill.
Just before serving, toss with dressing.
Serve, if desired, with crusty Italian bread.
